Designed for parents wanting help and support to address a specific issue or for those needing temporary help through one of life’s rough patches, the Stress-Buster™ package is also an excellent way to check out what Balance and Sense’s stress-reducing, life enhancing programs can do without a lengthy commitment.
A two-month program of 4 bi-weekly 45-minute phone sessions with email support between sessions, the Stress-Buster™ package not only focuses on helping you successfully address and resolve immediate issues, but offers a glimpse into the many benefits of the Parent Stress Relief System™ as well. It’s a great way to get quick and effective assistance for what may be ailing you and your family as well as starting on the path of stress reduction and transformational change.
PARENT STRESS RELIEF SYSTEM™
Three-month package
Designed to help parents who recognize the toll stress is taking on their emotional and physical health and relationships, the Parent Stress Relief System™ is designed to be nothing short of transformational in helping parents achieve lives of joy, energy and fulfillment.
Incorporating proven time management, organizational and stress-reduction techniques, the Parent Stress Relief System™ provides weekly one-on-one sessions for parents who may be wrestling with a range of emotions including guilt, frustration and anger as well as finding themselves less effective in the many roles of life they play.
The Parent Stress Relief System™ includes 12 weekly 45-minute phone sessions, with light assignments and email support between sessions.

PARENT STRESS RELIEF SYSTEM™ + MAINTENANCE
Six-month value package
For parents who want to take advantage of additional sessions and reduced rates, I offer the Parent Stress Relieve System™ + Maintenance. Some parents use the time to more intensely focus on a single issue or deal with additional ones. Others want the reassurance of continued advice and support. This package includes the Parent Stress Relief System™ for the first three months, plus an additional 6 maintenance sessions over the following three months.

PARADOX PROCESS SESSION(S)
For those interested in more fully harnessing the transformational power they hold within, I am also a licensed instructor of the Paradox Process, a hands-on transformational tool that deals with the negative moments of life by changing your perception of them, bringing insight and emotional relief.
