You want the best for your kids!

But how do you make that happen in today's, full-speed-ahead,
ever-changing world?

If you're like I was, I bet you:

  • want to raise your kids in the best way possible, but are scratching your head at just how that's done in today's world
  • have got so much on your plate, that you don't know where to begin...
let alone carve out a wonderful, memorable, life for you and your family

  • are tired and stressed out from all the running around you have to do

  • are at your wit's end with what to do when your child doesn't behave the way you want them to

  • are constantly worried that you are not doing it "right" and that all the other parents have got it all together

Today's parent's are really stressed out

AND

They want to raise their children in the best possible way.

As parents today, we struggle with things like stress and overwhelm, feelings of guilt and frustration, constantly having to multi-task, a barrage of electronic devices, and feelings of not being good enough or not feeling connected to your children. There’s the constant and ever changing needs of children and family, work and home life, financial obligations, social and civic responsibilities, and in some cases the added stress of divorce or separation. As a parent, you know that any of these things can affect every aspect of your life, and your physical and mental health. And the added stress can negatively effect relationships with spouses and children alike.

At the same time, it's really important to you to have a wonderful family experience, to raise a child who thrives, who you have a wonderful bond and connection with, and who grows up to be a successful and resilient adult.

So how do you navigate a world with today's challenges and still end up feeling good about your life AND your parenting? That's where I come in. I'm Stacey Houghtaling, Certified Life and Parent Coach, and mom to 2 wonderful boys. I'm here to help parents live the life they want, and at the same time, love parenting, and enjoy wonderful relationships with their children.

'Cause at the end of the day, isn't that what it's all about?

And I'm inviting you to join me right now.

I feel more connected to my kids, more clear-minded and more patient in my parenting." – Jeanne, mother of 3
